Never Shaken 2
Never Shaken
Never Shaken 3
Woman/man/children/elders who loves herself, though she may be shaken
Woman who loves herself, shall never fall
Woman who loves herself, shall never fall
And I am singing this song for her/their freedom
I am singing this song for her healing
I am singing this song for her wholeness
I am singing this song for love
We sing this song at camp! there have been many times when this song has saved me.
A friend taught me the song “the woman who loves herself, though she may be shaken…” I sang it at a gathering in honor of my midwife, who is facing persecution. A singer there loved it and wanted to record her own version. I found the lyrics on the tribes of creation wordpress site, but it doesn’t name the source. Do anyone know?
Peace and blessings,
Nets Manela in Reisterstown, MD.

The offical title is “The Power of Woman” by Coral Cadman http://www.coralcadman.com/ She wrote it in 1998. Here’s a video of some of our sister friends singing it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1jwclsVUkA
