About the Event

Singing Alive is a DIY-style community based event.
It is paticipatory and non-performative. No experience necessary.
Focus is on songs as medicine ~ Gaian Folk Songs.
This is a co-creative opportunity to teach, share, and learn, heart-based songs.
Instruments are encouraged if needed to find the courage to SING.
Let your VOICE take priority ~ always the lead instrument.
Skilled musicians please consider joining us in the vulnerability of unaccompanied vocal expression

Location

Big Island, Hawaii

Singing Alive is an outdoor nature based event. There will be showers and compost toilets. Bring your owncamping gear and chair, or whatever you need to sit on the ground outside. Water, Tea, and Meals will be shared,complimentary. Food is vegetarian. Donations are welcome (bulk ingredients, chips, snacks, teas, honey, etc.)

Important: No Dogs / No Pets

This years venue does NOT allow dogs. Do not bring a pet. 

Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers

Important: NO REFUNDS. Sales are final. Unused tickets are void after the event and cannot be redeemed towards a future event.

Singing Alive does not offer ticket transfers. Limited transfers are available through the ticketing platform, subject to their rules and regulations. Notickets can be transferred past noon August 2nd, 2026. Singing Alive does not offer support or consultation for ticket transfers. Emergency ticketcancellations communicated by email before noon August 5th, 2026 will, at the discretion of admin, possibly be awarded a credit (of the same value asthe ticket minus $50) redeemable towards a future event (Singing Alive or Plants enChant). Non-emergency cancellations will not result in refund orcredit. Emergency qualification is at admin discretion and refers to catastrophic circumstances. Ticket cancellations, emergency or otherwise,communicated after noon August 5th, 2026 will not result in refund or credit. If Singing Alive 2026 is canceled before August 6th, 2026 a credit (of thesame value as the ticket) redeemable towards a future event will be issued to the original purchaser. There will be no cash refunds for cancellation orany other reason.
