About the Event
Singing Alive is a DIY-style, community-based, song circle event.
It is participatory, and non-performative. We share songs in ways that teach them to others. This to elevate the communal singing experience, and to seed these songs out into the world
No singing experience necessary.
Our container is our main attraction. It is designed to attract songs that act as medicine. Songs that clear out resonance patterns that no longer serve, that entrain us to heart-space harmonics emerging thru the collective. Our intent is to in provide a conducive healing environment that allows the songs and those that sing them to best effect and sustain their melodic magic.
This event prioritizes the voice (the body) as the primary instrument. All other musical instruments are in service to it.

Singing Alive is an outdoor (more or less), nature-based, camping event. The site is a ‘kipuka’ (green land islanded by lava flows). It is 1.5 miles from the coast w/ ocean views. Though it was raw land less than 4 years ago, it has since been developed to provide the off-grid basics for a reasonably-sized week-end gathering of singing people.
A variant of the usual Singing Alive village set-up will be happening, complete w/ a kidz area, tea haus, medical chill space, community kitchen, sky-lodge, showers, and compost toilets. Bring your own camping gear and whatever you wish to sit on (chair &/or cushion) chair. All beverages and meals will be shared and complimentary. Food is vegetarian, and donations are welcome (bulk ingredients, chips, snacks, teas, honey, fruit, and garden produce, etc.)
Important: No Dogs / No Pets
This years venue does NOT allow dogs. Do not bring a pet.
Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers
Important: NO REFUNDS. Sales are final. Unused tickets are void after the event and cannot be redeemed towards a future event.
Singing Alive does not offer ticket transfers. Limited transfers are available through the ticketing platform, subject to their rules and regulations. No tickets can be transferred past noon March 15th, 2026. Singing Alive does not offer support or consultation for ticket transfers. Emergency ticket cancellations communicated by email before noon March 18th, 2026 will, at the discretion of admin, possibly be awarded a credit (of the same value as the ticket minus $50) redeemable towards a future event (Oregon or Hawaii). Non-emergency cancellations will not result in refund or credit. Emergency qualification is at admin discretion and refers to catastrophic circumstances. Ticket cancellations, emergency or otherwise, communicated after noon March 18th, 2026 will not result in refund or credit. If Singing Alive 2026 is canceled before March 19th, 2026 a credit (of the same value as the ticket) redeemable towards a future event will be issued to the original purchaser. There will be no cash refunds for cancellation orany other reason.
